do you have the sticker from the car? it should say porsche sport exhaust as an option or sports chrono plus have the exhaust as well. also when you drive you would most definitely hear the difference between the sport and stock exhaust. if you dont have one, and are interested in buying one, I have one sitting in my garage for sale since i put the turbo on my car.

Thanks for the reply! I bought the car used and i do not have the window sticker or original sales receipt. I thought the PSE might have some sort of distinguishing marks or that there would be some way of physically inspecting it to tell if it was indeed sport exhaust.

I appreciate the offer on the exhaust, but i am upgrading to fabspeed headers and borla exhaust. HOwever, before i remove my exhaust, i want to make sure that i do not have the Sport Exhaust option. Just out of curiosity, what are you asking for your system?

hmmm, i might be confused. I just watched a video on what was supposed to be a PSE system, but it appears that this car had the capability to switch between regular sounding exhaust and the sport exhaust at the click of a button. Is that how Porsche equipped the cars??

Thanks

the PSE has one tip smaller than the other. you should be able to know from the diff. in sound between normal and sport mode!!

Yea, most cars that are equipped with the Sport Exhaust have the Sport Button on the console unless the exhaust was installed by the OP afterwards. My exhaust is on sale for 1100 shipped but at this point I'm just looking to get rid of it, so I'm very negotiable on price. Good luck with the upgrades!

Chris - what model year is your car, and what does the PSE include? What dash switch does it have? A picture would probably be helpful, given the variety of options. Did the PSE come factory on your car?
