Yellowed stone guards. Warranty

The stone guards in front of the rear wheels on the white 2012 Cayman are yellowed and look tacky. Have you had luck getting Porsche to replace them under warranty? Thanks.

How bad are they yellowed? I would think they would, but a lot depends on your dealer. If they don't, we can get them for you.

Try this advice...

http://www.paintshield.co.uk/paint-p...p#update250111

Before I found the above, those on my GTS went yellow and the UK dealer said "they all do that sir", I said "that's the wrong answer". They were replaced with no further push back and I now have good relationship with dealer workshop manager

The dealer mumbled then replaced them. I don't know whether or not Porsche paid under the warranty.
