We are very happy to announce that we will now be accepting pre-orders for Akrapovič's Porsche Cayman GT4 (981) system!

Engineers have spent months developing a Slip-On exhaust system that takes the driving experience to a completely new level. This fully titanium exhaust system with three muffler configurations saves weight at the rear axle, additionally enhancing the handling with more power and torque gained with improved gas-flow dynamics, reduced back pressure, and a more linear power curve. Power gains are especially noticeable in the mid range. All these benefits are rounded off by a thoroughly pleasing exhaust note. Thanks to the dual-mode exhaust flap system, the “cat-back” Slip-On enhances the unmistakably deep resonant sound of Akrapovič. Either you leave it to the car’s ECU to choose the noise level, or you select it yourself by pressing the button of the optional Akrapovic sound kit when you want to experience a new thrill.

Akrapovič Sound Kits are also going to be available for purchase as well. The optional Akrapovič Sound Kit enables owners of selected Akrapovič car exhausts to control the sound of the system from the cockpit of their vehicle. Using Akrapovič technology, drivers can easily switch between the quiet mode and a sportier sound. With the use of a receiver to drive the actuators that open or close the valves at the end of the exhaust system, drivers can use the Sound Remote Controller or the new smartphone app (for iOS and Android) to regulate the valves.

If stock system has exhaust valves integrated (Porsche sport exhaust) no wireless kit is needed.
