2010 Cayman iPhone usage
Interested in a 2010 Cayman. It has bluetooth and the phone button on the radio but the steering wheel does not have any controls. How does this work making and receiving calls, talking?
Thank You

I presume it would be somewhat like my 2016 981. It has a sport steering wheel, thus no buttons. To make or receive a call, I have to touch a button on the central stack of infotainment functions. It is not a problem at all. You should be able to find a user manual for the 2010 car online and could investigate further that way.

Then you can proceed through the car display and speakers I suppose.
Info I found online was mostly about pairing. I’ll look again.
Thank you for the reply, I’m trying to gather as much info as I can before deciding to drive 2 hours to see it.

It pops up in the OBC display in the gauge cluster and you can accept or decline there using the stalk. Easy and works pretty well.
As an FYI, 987.2 Bluetooth only works for phone calls and does not offer streaming music.
