Toronto/GTA Weekly Meet Idea's...
 

Okay so we Porsche'rs at Rennlist have our Saturday "Morning" meets, which are really good and getting bigger... But its in the morning... So here on 6speed i am thinking of have a Weekly "Night/Evening" Meet... Just to run a Idea, input and Intrest on Locations... I know there are quite a few "Exotic" Owners here on 6speed... So what you say guys Weekly Evening/Night Meet is up for a due?

Figured Poll on location would be a good idea and Time would be 9PM after all the shops close.

Obviously this will happen once the Weather gets Warmer...

Also if you have another location in mind, let me know

I've been reading through the forum for the past year, recently joined and finally scrolled down far enough down the main page to realize . . . there was a Cdn section - fantastic!!

Evenings is a great idea!! I work weekends all summer long and never get a chance to meet up with other car lovers.

Hopefully get to meet some you this summer :)

Well then lets Party cause the car is ready and if the weather starts to warm up i am sure there will be a lot of guys ready to come out and shot the BS

Great idea Zook. I head up to the cottage Friday night most weeks so can't make it out very often on Saturdays.

Just added one more vote for Friday night at La Paloma, I don't own a porsche but drive a 6 speed.

There's a huge thread in the rennlist Canada forum that I started almost 3 years ago with lots of links to pictures of our meets. As you'll see, we are currently at our winter meet location (bigger seating area and full breakfasts) of Artisano's (Islington Ave. & Titan). Once the weather warms up, we meet every Saturday mornings at 10:00am behind the Chapters/Starbucks on the Queensway (across from Sherway Gardens). I usually make the call to move back once my summer tires go on...not really very scientific, but it's worked in the past! It's a Porsche meet although the Corvette forum guys often meet there too.

Looking forward to it... only wish the weather was a bit more cooperative.

Isn't that when/where Maxbimmer meets?

Anyone else take their cars out of storage by any chance?

Mine is coming out next tuesday.. for a little tuning HEHEHE!!
