Are dealers very hesitant to let you test drive in the GTA?

Hello,

If I am interested in a used Carerra, probably in the years 2007/8, I just feel a bit awkward going into showrooms and asking to test drive.

I know from experience, especially for sports cars, dealers don't like letting people take them out for a test drive. In the past I was looking at 370z, and one dealer set "we are a showroom and don't do test drives". So now if I am looking at a Porsche, I am sure it gets even harder.

Maybe I am being a bit paranoid, but just wondering what others have experienced?

The best thing to do is to call ahead, talk to a sales guy about what you are interested in and make an appointment....then you will have no trouble getting a test drive.

the Porsche dealerships are usually ok with test drives and you can visit PFAFF Pre-Owned Porsche and they can help you out.

They currently have 2x 07 Carrera, one is a 4 Targa and one is C2S, and an 08 S Cab

Cheers!
