Normal max rpm shifting for '04 Turbo

Normal max rpm shifting for '04 Turbo
I just recently bought an '04 CTT and thought that the max rpm it would shift at was around 6500 stock. But, with PSM off mine is shifting at around 6,900 and about 6750 with PSM on. Is this normal or did I get lucky and get one that already had the ECU flashed? I thought that I also read on this forum that they normally hold boost at .8 bar and this one holds steady at 1 and I'm not sure if that is normal either.
