Headlight Cracking
 

Has anybody experienced tight nit spider web like cracks on their headlights? My headlights have very fine cracks on them. It almost produces a haze when you look at it from a foot away.

What would cause this?

Did something hit them? Have they always been like that?

Headlights are usually pretty strong and don't crack so easy...you must have been driving on a rocky surface that had a lot of loose debris for both of them to be cracked.

It wasn't something that hit it. I wonder if it was the moisture that accumulated inside the headlights from the ventilation problem. Maybe the heat from the sun coupled with the mositure made the material crack.

I'll try and get a picture.
