Purchase Turbo or S Cayenne?
I am doing my home work on a used Cayenne purchase.
My Porsche mechanic said they are good trucks, only things to watch for
is cracked coils and brake rotor /pad replacement around 40-50K miles.
I would appreciate any feed back from current owners of both Turbo & S models. I will be towing my 996TT to the track with it.
Also, I was wondering what to expect on MPG when not towing using as
a daily driver. Is the turbo actually better MPG than the S on the highway when not in the boost?
Welcoming any and all comments

'04 CTT. Averaging 16mpg daily town driving.
I'd say get the CTT, it will put a grin on your face every day you drive it and you'll have the extra go-power needed for towing.

Thanks Guys for your thoughts...any non turbo guys have mpg #'s?
Any experience with towing 5,000-6,000lbs?
Please share your opinions and help me make the right decision.

I have an 04 S, I get around 15-17mpg highway. I tow around 7,000 lbs but for a very short distance with my S.
I would say get a turbo, bigger hp, extra punch if you need it. Since you're towing at the upper limits as well, it better to have the extra hp anyway, good luck.

Less rotating mass will help stop and go city driving as well
as handling & braking.
I know a guy who installed a cold air intake and claims he got 20-21mpg.
He has been know to exaggerate, but I hoped for once he had not.
