Cayenne's common problem .. ?!
 

Hi all ,

I Would like to share a problem I have in my car, in case some one has had it before . I have Cayenne S 2008 , And it has problem in the steering wheel.
The problem is that some times the steering wheel being so heavy (the electronic bump is not working) .

What I do is shutting down the engine than re ignition it again each time i face the problem , than it works as normal .It happens like 1/8 times .

I checked the problem with our terrible dealer "Samaco" The only dealer in Saudi Arabia , And they said that the computer doesn't show any problem .

Than I took it to Dubai dealer "Al Nabooda" , They were so helpful and they told me that it is a common problem in the cayenne 2008 (which our dealer admitted later) and they are looking for a solution .

That was about year ago and our dealer still hasn't received any notification about it from Porsche .. !

Is it that difficult to Porsche to fix a common problem in their car ?
Has any one faced the same problem ?
Who can i contact with (Directly) about it ?

I had a same problem. But it has gone by itself after 5000 kms

I have an 08 with 20K miles. No issues here ( knock on wood).

My CS'08 has done more than 16000 KM ...And still has the problem :S
