Goodbye to my Cayenne TT.. SoLd

Its been fun modding.. but the CTT is going to another home. I've had the most difficult time finding a replacement to the CTT. I don't care for any of the other SUVs out there at the moment. So I had to find something that still had some room for my son Rambo (Boxer puppy) and it looks like a B7 Audi S4 Avant 6spd (thank god, I really hate automatics) is going to be the family car. Its not an SUV.. so I can't necessarily compare it to the CTT and thats a good thing. Plus.. its nice to have new technology in the car.

I have a few things left over from the CTT that I'll post in the for sale section.. (Bypass pipes, wheels, ski rack, lowering links etc..) but otherwise gentleman.. it has been fun.

Good seeing you this weekend! I'll drag you out to some more events soon!

What up Jody.. yeah that was a strange meet. Never met more 'outgoing' people in my life. haha

I'm going to miss the CTT.. love the power and the sound! But its time for something new.. Im following in Davids foot steps somewhat going Audi all of a sudden! At least I still got the 996TT.. so I'm not a full traitor.

Sorry to hear you're selling it. Sorry I haven't had a chance to feel the power of the GIAC tune. Those tunes are VIN/ECU specific, correct? Otherwise, I'd be interested in buying the tuned ECU off you...

I asked that question today.. and I was told that whoever purchases my vehicle has the rights to the tune. Since I had it reflashed to stock today, the new buyer could call GIAC, give them their VIN number and they could upload for free (assuming 1 hr of shop time). Doesn't sound right, but thats what I was told.

In regards to the GIAC.. I loved it. Mucho power.. but it wasn't quite as smooth as I would have hoped. I think it needs a little adjustment here and there.. but the overall power was impressive.

Just picked up the S4 Avant.. very happy so far. Unfortunately not much in the modding department.. so its time for cosmetic mods rather than power based mods.

I am considering doing the same but haven't decided on what I would get instead of the Cayenne. Still the best SUV overall but I need a change I think.

Got my parts from Bojan today. For anyone considering doing business with him, go for it. He was very quick to respond to PMs and got the stuff packed and sent in a very timely manner, along with tracking number. Thanks again! Rep for ya!

Thanks Chance.. your gonna love them. For such a simple mod, I think its the best bang for the buck. And back to you man on the thanks, you paid QUICK! Money talks.. Let me know how it turns out!!

Its real hard finding a replacement to the SUV. What mattered to me was something that still had sportiness to it (otherwise would have gone w/ the Range Rover) and I really wanted something with a 6 speed. Aside from the GTS.. the S4 Avant has been a GREAT addition to my garage. I couldn't be any happier. The S4 doesn't have no where the power that I wish it had, but the 6 speed more than makes up for it. And having a wagon for my pup is perfect. Quite a bit smaller in regards to head room for the pup.. but still works perfect for what I'm looking for. Oh and lets not forget money.. the S4 was essentially a swap. I can't believe how hard the CTT has fallen. Shoot, my 996TT took a nasty nose dive. I know a car is a depreciating asset.., in fact I think a child knows that. But I can't believe how bad things have fallen. Good time to buy actually..
