I don't see why not the parking sensors won't work with the turbo bumper. Drill some holes if it doesn't have 'em.
In terms of headlight washers, you will need to purchase the ones for turbo bumper; from what I've heard, they work w/ the water pressure, nothing mechanical.
Regarding to duct, they are probably referring to air flow duct for the front brakes? or.... not sure about that one.

I was thinking if there are any differences in angles or something for them to fit the new bumper?
