So we recently had some heavy rain here in California...and I had my car parked outside while i was at work for about 3 strait days of rain. I noticed this weekend...that there seems to be water sloshing around somewhere...I think its in the driver side runningboard.....anyone ever seen or heard of this? I don't know how to get it out, or prevent it from happening again.
