Just had the '05 Cayenne S delivered to my front door - looks great! I got the PCM but can't locate my nav cd/dvd. I called my salesman and he said that it is extra and that he will order it for me but doesn't know how much it will cost. I was shocked and pissed but didn't have a choice. I told him several times about how I needed the navigation and asked him why he didn't mention this before - his reply was that he couldn't have even ordered the nav CD/DVD until the car actually came in from port(which was yesterday) so it didn't matter????

Is this all true or am I being fed typical salesman BS?

 

Typical salesman BS. It should come with the PCM.

 

No its not true, the deal they have is that they call in the delivery notification to Navteq and they deliver to you directly.

If the salesman does not know that.....worry

Total BS. Every nav system on sale today comes with at least 1 regional disc if not the whole country.
