Tires and TPMS on an 04 CTT?

Two questions...

1. What is the largest tire I can fit on my stock 20" wheels? I'd like to get some 285/55/20 all terrains... any issues there? And you might ask why - but there are two major reasons - the first being my wife is a crappy driver and I want to give her a bit more fudge room on the tires and the 2nd is my wife and I actually do go offroad a few times a year when we head up to see family in Colorado.

2. Can the stock TPMS system be installed after the fact? The CPO unit we bought does not have it and again my wife is a crappy driver and needs this type of stuff ;P

Thanks - Z
