Angry The GTS Driver Side Mirror Conundrum

So, my 08 GTS with less than 12K has gone to the shop 5 times for the same damn reason - the side view mirror doesn't dim at night, the initial take was "Users Fault", then rolls in the winter and lo-and-behold I'm able to prove that I'm still of the sane mind when I took a technician for a test drive and that there's something wrong, they replace the mirror still the same issue, now they check the contact point found the problem fixed it and it worked like a charm for 2 month, took it back same fix worked again for a a few months, this past month they kept the car for two week and after going back and forth with the factory they finally replace a faulty sensor...AND GUESS WHAT this porky still has the same problem as of last night...can you say "Lemon Law"!! Any lawyer here thinks it's worth looking into this from a legal standpoint; I'm tired of driving the rental Kia or whatever the hell they give me this time.

Sorry for the long winded message and I'm being a complete "Stickler" here, but my god when you pay this much for a bloody car I reckon everything should work!!

Not sure if the mechanical fault ofthe mirror not dimming is enough to file for the lemon.
But I feel your frustrations. You shouldn't have to bring it for anything when you pay the $$$$ we pay.
Not from a Porsche.

Good luck!!!!!

I know in California you don't need a lawyer to lemon as I have lemon lawed a car in the past. And if you need a car lemon lawed in California it doesn't affect the amount of money you get the Manufacture has to pay the added expenses of the lawyer, which I believe is paid as two separate checks one to you and another for the fees to your lawyer. so a call to a lemon law attorney will only cost you your time.
