Currently looking to buy a 2008 Turbo, and wanted to know what year the Keyless start option was available. My current car has this feature, and I would love to have it in the Porsche. Also, what should I look for when I test drive the car to know if it has it or not (other than the "fake" key in the ignition)?

Tried searching, but no luck on start year for this option, =(.

 

I think it was available as an option on all years. I have it on 2005. Lock button on exterior door handle will tell you if it has the option.

 

Correct, I have an '04 and it has the keyless entry/start so I think it was from the first year on.
