Just happen to have these laying around from another project.

Always loved the old rally look and had this idea about just mounting a set behind the grill.

These are just sitting in there to gauge how they would look and how much space they would take up.

I think that looks pretty sweet!! I would try and smoke the lenses though so they hide behind the grill even better. Can't wait to see the final product!!

 

I think you could get Hella Black Magics in there to acheive the tinted look.

how will you tap power?

 

Painless wiring makes a kit to come directly off the battery and add switched, relayed power to six sources. I happen to have one of those from a past project NIB that I might try out for this.

 

so then you could effectively put lights on a roof rack...........issues on getting it to the roof..

Would love to have a front roof rack with 2-4 lights set up and some in back so i have illumination while putting on gear or putting the boat in..

I would imagine that if you welded some light tabs to that bar you could mount as many lights as you can fit.
