JL Audio stealthbox sub for '09 Cayenne GTS
 

I found that JL audio makes a stealthbox sub for the 2003-06 Cayenne. When I contacted them, they said it would not fit in my '09 GTS. I can't figure out why this would be the case. Aren't the interior components still the same? When I download the installation instructions, it appears that all the interior panels, trim, etc., in the trunk area are the same between gen 1 and gen 2 Cayennes?

Has anyone successfully installed this unit in a gen 2 Cayenne?

it fits in an 08 GTS it should fit in the 09.

08 and 09 are actually very different in the electronics. i was told NO when i had my 09 gts..., should definitely double check before you buy it.
