Is this Cayenne a special Frozen Black edition? I can't find it via search. How would one mod their Cayenne to this degree, or better yet, where would one obtain this paint and how much?

nevermind. i found more info, including this video. it is wrapped vs. paint. any reputable places in New England that would do this?
