Amber LED's in Clear Side Markers
 

Hey Guys,

I installed my clear side markers a couple weeks back and used the standard amber halogen wedge bulbs that come with the lenses from the dealer. I don't really like how dim the bulb is and how it doesn't really emit a vibrant amber color to the lens at night.

so i decided to order a set of these amber LED's on Ebay:

I was just wondering if any of you have done this before? If so any pictures or feedback?

I have installed the white LEDs on my cayenne. I will take pics tonight and post.

I use these with the clear side markers on my C4S. They look great.

I just put some crappy amber LEDs in I got from ebay. They look as though there's barely any light. Anybody know where I can get some bright ones?

^ will LEDs cause warning light on the gauge cluster?

Nope, no warnings at all.
