Driver's door outside latch won't open (Dallas)
 

I recently purchased a 2005 Cayenne S model V6. When I try to unlock the SUV with the remote, I can hear all the locks unlock but I cannot open the drivers side front door to open from the outside using the handle. I have to reach inside the car if the window is down or use the key to let window down and reach inside to get the car door to open. The latch works fine on the inside but not the outside. I have tried to research this but i havent had much luck other than it could be a damaged bowden cable or the lock actuator. Has anyone experienced this problem?
