Cheapest 2006 ctts ever?

New owner and new to forum. I must have bought the most stripped down version of the 2006 ctts ever made :-((. Just finished reading thru the thread about all the neat things your cayenne may have and you were not aware of. Man i dont have any of that stuff!! For example the only power port in my car is in the ashtray. None hidden in other locations. No comfort light package, no auto headlights, not even drl's as far as that goes.
Anyway reason for the post is that car has 95k turns. Im bringing into shop friday to have plugs changed since what they tell me have never been done. Going to have them verify if coils have/not been updated, and was hoping they could tell me if i still have plastic coolant lines. With nearly 100k miles is it possible still has plastic ones? They told me trans was replaced at 50k. So kinda suspect but i dont know. My wife and i are going to take a long overdue roadtrip with the new wheels labor day and really dont wanna have any issues 700 miles from home. Thanks for your thoughts.

It seems like most people are quite happy with their Cayennes but they do have a list of known, inevitable issues. Here's a sobering rundown.

So far I'm enjoying the 2005 Turbo that we bought but we've only had it for two months. Good luck and enjoy!

Sorry for the late response but welcome to the forum. Hopefully if you've done the road trip already it went well.

Run your VIN through: https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/Porsche/CAYENNE

That will give you your full list of options.

I really can't believe CTTS doesn't have auto lights? Hat had to be a delete. Also, the other DC plugs under the dash were standard...must have been removed if not there. DRLs were not an option yet in 2006. There are some pretty sweet aftermarket options out there, like Spyder, but like all stuff Porsche related, they're expensive.

I had a 2003 CTT for nearly three years and loved it. Come here and to Rennlist often to learn all about it and try not to freak out when your P!G oinks on ya. It happens to us all

Peace
