I have the dipped beam etc on my Porsche cayenne gts 2010.
drive side, so I pulled off the passenger side and plugged that i the drivers plug and it worked.
so either the light of ballast I figured for D side.

I changed the bulb and nothing, so I'd guess it's that ballast.
If I replace that, do I have to still get it programmed?
I'd prefer prefer to have plug and play, but from what I read here. Seems it still has to go to the dealer?
Any places online e with decent prices as well?
