Cayenne Air Suspension Stuck. Help!

Hello All,

I tried putting in lowering links and now I'm in a bad place....

Does anyone know how to reset the air suspension? Long story short, my car is now stuck with the front being on highest height, and the rear is in the normal height. When I try to lower the car, nothing happens. When I try to raise the car, the compressor just keeps repumping and nothign happens.

I'm hesitant to call Porsche roadside assistance becuase I dont want them to give me the BS about links possibly voiding my warranty.

Is there a way to reset the damn thing so I can get the suspension back to normal?

Can anyone here help me solve this problem? Would appreciate it very much!

Any updates? I'd like to know how you ended up resolving this.

renntech might have the answer, i actually did it but cant remember. i think i jacked up the back, raised the suspension up all the way then removed the jack and used the compressor to lower it. also there is a special command for servicing,

"Ignition on, push level / height switch forward for 5-10 seconds, message appears in display. Same procedure to enable or just drive forward and system will automatically reactivate."

Dare I ask, but are all the links set to the same length, and how much different are they from the stock lengths?

sounds like the linkage is installed incorrectly. The system is self leveling at any angle if the links are installed at different lengths this could happen

Did you manage to resolve this as I now have the same problem only the front is at its lowest and the rear at its highest
