Hahaha... I was really hoping that the MY'08 had 3 rows of seating.

Growing family plus in-laws means I need more seats! Been looking at the new X5 and GL450. Anyone owner's got any feedback?

Get the GL450 or wait for the M (IS) Version of the X5.

Thanks Mean for the input... When do you think the hi-perf version of the new X5 will be out?

-Sam
P.S. Anyone looking for a set of 1 year old silver roof rails?

Why not the Q7? It already has the '08 3rd generation Cayenne setup.

Rumour suggests late this year or early next for the "is" version of the new X5. I don't think we will see a true ///M version but I have read that it may get a twin turbo V8... ~450HP. 3rd row is not really people friendly so the GL may be a better choice of you need a truly functional 3rd row.

LILRAJA:
The Q7 is all about a third seat. http://trucks.about.com/od/2007suvs/...ow-Seating.htm
And the '08 already had the new generation Cayenne technology in it.

I think the X5 is the best car but when you needs the 7seats the GL450 is the best one!

I don't know, i guess I'm going to have to stop in at my Audi dealer and check out the new Q7 bus for myself instead of looking at the pictures.

I agree. The Q7 looks better and has a higher safety rating for the new kids. 3rd row seat is small, but it is better than an Escalade.
