Looking for the spare steel rims....any help?

Hey guys whats up? This isn't my usual forum (although I have started hanging out on 6speed) I drive an Audi A4 and am more or less an outsider here but I've been working on a project for my car where I've been trying to source 17 or 18" steel wheels.

From what I've been told the Cayenne has a 17 or 18" spare wheel/tire from the factory...is this correct? Also I was told that it would fit my car as long as I had the centerbore re-drilled (any insight on this one?)

If the above two questions are correct where would I be able to source these steel wheels w/o going to the stealership?

I know it's a long shot but I'd really appreicate your help on this!

Thanks guys,

If you have any questions feel free to ask!
