This is going to sound dumb, but is there a trick to replacing the wipers
I bought a kit from a porsche dealer, but there are a couple of plastic little parts in the box. I thought it would be a simple pin or just replacement rubber you slide in and put a clip on, but it's not.

well i bought my blades from an online store, not porsche.
but to remove the wipers, you just lift the assembly off of the windshield, then rotate the blade arm 90 degrees and it slides right off...and then replaced with the new ones.
pretty simple.
