Detailer's Domain: 2004 Cayenne S with Sportec 22's and Swissvax treatment
2004 Basalt Black Cayenne S with Sportec 22's
This car has about 58k on it driven daily. Swirls, light scratches, all the goodies. I had to polish this thing out with Menzerna SIP with a yellow edge 2k pad then follow it with Menzerna 106 with a blue pad, on top of that we had to wash it a second time because we had to get aggressive with this one. Take a look: Products Used: Adam's Car Wash Adam's Clay Bar with Adam's Detail Spray as lube Adam's VRT Adam's Glass Cleaner Adam's Undercarriage Adam's Metal 1 and Metal 2 P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel P21S Autowash Menzerna SIP Menzerna 106 Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Swissvax Saphir Einszett Leathercare Einszett Cockpit Einszett Detail Spray Tools: 3m Sun Gun Metabo 12-175 Tons of towels Procedure: Exterior: 1. After each section was corrected I buffed off the excess polish with a MF Buffing Towel. 13. Applied Swissvax Cleaner Fluid and removed with MF Towel (removed after you apply in small sections, you don't want this to dray up) 16. Looks good Philip!
|
Thanks I appreciate.
|
Phil, you did an absolutely incredible job. Simply amazing! The truck has never had it this good, inside and out.
The entire ride home, my son kept on saying, "Daddy, why is the car so clean?". The truck seems faster, too... Did you do a tune up as well??? Thanks again, Phil. |
Jones, it was a pleasure working with you and your car the Sportecs look amazing!
|
It does go faster, considering he took about 100#s of dirt off of her :D
Congrats on the detail Jones, she is looking good! |
great work!!!
|
Philip, thanks. I think you need to charge by Square Inch. I know my Cayenne was a bit more of a work out than the smaller 911's.
I think Sportecs are perfect for the Cayenne (and Audi's). I love your RS6 (better with the Sportecs than the BBS's). Thanks Jimbo. |
Nice job with the interior, it looked pretty filthy.
Great work as usual. |
What is that machine you are using to spray the soap on? That looks niiiice!
|
Love yor before and after pics, seen some on other forums as well.
Those Sportec wheels are one of my favorites on the Cayenne. |
Great work Phil!
But...why am I not surprised?;) |
those Sportec wheels are hot...
