permanent sports exhaust mode ON.. is it OK for the car?

what i meant my the title is..
we all know that if we pull off the rubber vacuum connection from the exhaust
we get a permanent sports exhaust ON.. evenon normal exhaust mode..

so my question is... is this safe? is it OK for the car??
i want to do this because i dont want to allways rev my engine to hear the exhaust... u know~

just to make it more clear..
permanently keeping valves open all the time.. normal mode+ sports mode...

As long as you block the vaccum line. Can not let it suck open air.

Otherwise, no issues.
