04 Replacement headlamp assembly

What options would be recommended that will offer the black background of the headlamp assembly to replace the eyesore white assembly? I've a black on black Turbo and really like the new black background assembly's which integrate with the vehicle much better.
I want to keep all factory Porsche features.

Do 957 headlights fit the 955? If so, there's a black inside assembly offering from Porsche for the 957. Suncoast sells them.

Have you considered having the assembly opened up and painted to match the body color? If you're only looking to change color, this will probably the most cost effective approach.

I don't know of any black assemblies available for the 955 series. You might have to open them up and paint them yourself. If you find a place please let us know.

There are some on eBay with black interior. I posted this set the other day because my headlight wiring is not in great shape.

They say they fit 955's but they don't quite look right to me for some reason. I've been asking him a few questions as about half off what you can buy a factory part seems pretty decent......http://www.ebay.com/itm/Switchback-L..._qi=RTM2247625

That link isn't working right for some reason. There are several threads here about pulling the headlights apart and painting the interior black. Here is one...
