Hi all, just found this forum while searching for info. My mother has a 2013 cayenne hybrid. Today while visiting , she backed into something which folded the drivers side mirror forward, where it is now stuck. Nothing broken or cracked on the exterior,just scratched. The buttons don't move it but you can here the motor running. Any suggestions on getting it back where it should be? I was afraid if I forced it I would break something. Trying to help her avoid an expensive dealer visit.

 

Buttons won't move it backwards. Pull it back. That's the only answer you have. If it's broken, it's broken. You won't hurt it more. They are meant to break away.
