Maintenance is not an entirely periodic expense. I guess the only work done at least once a year is the oil change.

Other recurring items include brakes and tyres. These are usually not annual expenses, though.

I think the GTSs get their first major service at 30'000 miles like the Turbos.

Cayennes with 40'000 miles and over will need to have their cooling pipes addressed and their cardan shaft seals done a little later.

I paid just under $2'000 for the first major service in SF Bay Area.

The coolant pipes are a 955 issue (was redesigned on the 4.8L V8), the Cardan Shaft Bearing is a 955/957 (2003-2010) issue. So far I haven't seen any real mention of it being an issue on the 958.1 and 9.58.2 models (2011-current.)

My biggest expense on 958.1 is the tires.
I run summers (21") and winters (20").

My winters are going on three years, and they are pretty cheap.
But my summers only last about a year.
Thats nearly $2k right there.

The rest, i DIY.
So really, it's been pretty minor for me over the past 3 years.
Oil and filter, tire rotation, Brake flush, air filter, cabin filter, wiper blades, spark plugs, etc.

Wow! Hope my summer tires last for more than a year!
