Hi, trying to find details about how your Cam actuator gear bolt failure was covered under emissions warranty. My dealer is claiming emissions is only 7yr/70k for something they say is "Hybrid Federal Emissions Warranty". Your car would be outside that window and the info my dealer sent me includes California on the list. I assume your dealer processed it under the 8yr/80k regular emissions warranty.
Would you mind sharing any further info about the repair. My SA wants to have Porsche NA cover it but is getting push back. If you can share info I'd like my SA to contact your dealership and the SA. Right now I'm at a $26k bill that Porsche is only willing to kick in $14k.
