Conversation Between sharkster and winchester21

Alex I am a new owner of a 2010 997-2-S cab I have the factory PSE switchable option. Car has 2500 miles. I am somewhat interested in doing away with the center muffler. I have heard many stories of HP ratings with and without the X pipe conversion. I am concerned with drone and loudness involved with changing the factory setup. Also at 2500 miles is the factory system broken in or will it change sound wise with further use? Also do you have any customers in NC or nearby that I could contact for a listen? Also is this easily changed back to stock? Also how many labor hours should a shop charge me for the changeover? I have no place to do the work myself. Regards Chris Venable winchester21@bellsouth.net
