Conversation Between K24F and kenromero

Hello,
Can you tell me what your experience has been using Tial? I sent them a VTG 68 five weeks ago and have been having a terrible time trying to communicate with them. The only way I have been able to communicate is through a voicemail.
I was told my 68 was rebuildable but that comment took 4weeks. Do you perhaps have someone you spoke with at Tial that perhaps I may call to get some comments???
I sure would appreciate any info you can give me.
