    I you're probably asking me about the GIAC hand held unit, it's able to load program on it after you have purchased the program itself from GIAC.

    I would like to purchase this part. Is it already pre loaded with the information so i can just plug it into my vehicle and it will alter the car, or do i have to purchase the software. Please Let me know
