    Hello,

I just purchased a 2008 ML63 AMG only to get info today about the infamous bolt heads, I'm planning a preemptive fix, not really sure I'm having those symptoms yet as I have some leaking hoses that I'm about to fix to sort out coolant leakage.

I've checked through pelican site and I've seen all the required parts, but I can't seem to find a DIY for this fix, seems a bit more technical but I do not have a choice but to DIY because where I live I cannot say there are mechanics that are capable, I do all my fixes myself, I have a 997 I DIY myself and I have done so many things from simple to technical using the fixes from 101 projects book I bought from Amazon.

I just want to change the bolts on the ML63 and any necessary parts, I'd appreciate a step by step DIY and a list of required parts if you have them.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

I just picked up a 2007 Carrera C2S today looks like we're going to become good friends.

Can you point out me to how to's and tech guides and parts to take care of the following:

    1. The engine is not idling properly, the previous owner changed all the coils and the air mass sensor, says he believes its the throttle body

    2. The soft top is not working, he says its the hydraulic cylinder or (hydraulic ram)

    3. Both front shocks don't quite feel right, they seem to be a bit too low, when I picked it up today I took some fast bends and I could feel that the car was not planted, a little wobbly

    4. The clutch seems to be a bit hard, I have driven another carrera of the same model, it was firm but not this hard, the previous owner had changed the clutch slave and master with a very tiny difference, I drove the car before he changed it

Can you point me in the right direction for these issues please?

    Thanks
