Hi there,
I think it would depend on the smog station. Any aftermarket exhaust is capable of not passing smog. I was able to pass smog before with this exhaust, but it depends on if your smog shop is lenient or not.

I am unable to send a private message and have a question about the exhaust. I am local and I want to know if there are any issues getting a pass on the smog test with this exhaust.
