In answer to your question, our 100 cell cats are approx. 6" in length. This is the substrate area only and does not include the flanges or the transition to the flanges...

HI John,Could you please tell me the length of you 100 cat canister.I was thinking about removing[flange on one side,cut off on otherside] my 200 cats and replacing[re weld on that one side] them with your 100,if possible.I think it should help performance....Thank You
