Thumbs up GP Automotive Renewal Service: Tesla Model S - Clear bra/Tint/Nano Coating

Once again, we've had the pleasure and opportunity to perfect another Model S. We've done hundreds of Tesla, and each time, we enjoy working on them like it was the first. This particular project came to use last week and client opted for our Advanced PPF installtion. We used XPEL Ultimate as the film of choice for this Model S because client wanted more durability as he and his wife were going to keep this car for many year and it's a daily driver. For that same reason, we also nano coated the paint, wheels, and interior with CQuartz Finest, CQuartz UK, and CQuartz Leather, respectively. Finally, we applied Huper Optik NanoCeramic window film to reject heat, protect interior and occupants from UV, and give the Model S a timeless appearance. Hope you enjoy this thread as we did working on this project.

Paint Correction:

This is a crucial step as there are many im,perfections in the paint. I chose to focus on the deeper scratches. Once you remove swirls and minor imperfections like buffer marks, you're revealing the deeper imperfections. Granted, these will not be visible once film is applied, certain clients opt to remove these imperfections since clear bra is semi-permanent, and we feel preserving a finish that is superior to what the car originally came with, is simply the most pleasing and exclusive way of enhancing your Model S. Applying film over the most pristine finish possible, is the pinnacle of what your Tesla can look like.

During the polishing process. As you notice, these scratches, as deep as they are, did not require sanding. We try to take path of least resistance and attain results by doing as little impact as possible

Final finish enhanced, maximum clarity/gloss/depth achieved, and finish is void of any defects

"Patient" is moved to clean room. We're fortunate to have two adjacent studios where we seperate the paint correction side and ppf/tint/nano application side

Specializing in Teslas allows us to routinely perfect our process and with great care and technical know-how, allowing us access to a level of installation that achieves astonishing results

Our Advanced Level PPF installation is FULL Custom. Think of it as a bespoke suit that is passionately and skilfully hand-crafted for a perfect fit and finish, just for you. No panel has any pre-cut or computer plotted pattern

No attention to detail is left un-addressed. Even headlights, fog lights, nosecone, and mirrors, are hand-trimmed with extreme precision leaving an end result that leaves the naked eye wondering and guessing where the film begins and/or ends

PPF now complete and re-assembly begins. The smallest detail, down to the zip ties, are skillfully put back to the way originally installed on the assembly line at Tesla

Looking like a complete Model S again

Project complete

Depth, clarity, and definition achieved by a proper paint correction and nano coating is simply something to experience in person

Nano coating the interior surfaces enhances and protects the surfaces. This light interior will stay clean and protected for many months, possibly years

Rare glimpse up close....keep in mind, three separate panels meet here, and the edges of the film are quite hard to see

If you've made it this far, I'm humbled you've taken the time out of your day to share a moment with us and be part of the journey this Model S went through. We treat every car that comes to our studio as a "patient" with a soul. It sounds strange to those that may never experience this level of service, but we here at the "asylum" see this as our mission and each day we have an opportunity to live and work in a magical place where we can express our passion, artistry, and skills to a select group of clients that are trusting and have the desire to demand/experience this level of service. I hope this thread educates you and shows you the possibilities out there. We're constantly pushing our own bar, and further perfecting our craft. The work you see in this thread can be scaled back to meet any client expectations, wants, and desire. But the level of service and passion remains the same no matter what the budget.

Thank you again for taking the time to read through this thread and I look forward to having the pleasure and opportunity to serve you and your Tesla.

Thank you for taking the time and posting such amazing write up. This bring me to some questions

1) Scratches:
I saw you removed it by polishing. In which cases you prefer to leave the scratches rather than treat them. The reason i ask one to go that deep you have to remove some layers of the coat around the scratch and also since it will be covered by PPF it may not show.

2) Nano:
Do you apply it on top of the PPF ?

3) how do you like Cquartz compared to Modesta ?

thank you
