driving me crazy. passenger side and vibrates like hell

 

yeah i had the same problem and i couldnt find the problem...i brought the car to the dealership for an unrelated issue and they eneded up fixing the seat belt thing as well... they said that there was some sort of screw missing and it caused the belt to rattle when i was driving on low rpm's.. hope this helps
