I think you may need shims behind the pads.

Squeeking does not mean brake replacement. It could mean vibrating pads or a minor rotor problem.

Ceramics should last a whole lot longer than 7,500 miles.

And from whay I understand it's a whole lot more than $10K to replace them. It was $30K+ on an Enzo before the dollar devalued so much against the euro!

Try contacting martin@girodisc.com. He has shims for standard pads and may have them for the ceramics.

The squeeking to which you refer has characteristically been known to be the driver's noises for having purchased the vehicle with ceramic brakes!!!

Not typical with this generation CCB's. I would assume your car is under warranty and would recommend a trip to the dealer.

Although Brembo manufactures the brakes for both Porsche and Ferrari they are not the same systems. Porsche's CCB's have been plagued with problems since their introduction on street cars in '02. To my knowledge Ferrari has not experienced the same. I'm on my 3rd. Ferrari with CCB's and absolutely no problems.
