If you planning on selling the car in the future I would avoid it.
If you plan on keeping it for a long time I would ask a dealer what is involved with high mileage maintenance of a F430.
In any case 96k for that is too much. For 10k-20k more you can get one with one quarter the miles or less.
My guess with these unlikely high miles for a F430 is that this car was a rental at some exotic car rental.

sounds like a gem, if it wasnt a rental it may not be THAT bad if anybody looked after it, but i highly doubt it was cared for if they couldnt even keep track of the keys OR service records....

I'd definitely want complete maintenance records on the car, and to know what kind of life is lived before, including a Carfax. It's impossible to tell the condition of the car from the crappy photos they've posted, so I can't factor that into my pricing. Given normal wear and tear for that year, plus the high mileage, I'd expect some rock chips and maybe some minor scratches. I'd also expect the driver's side seat bolster to be worn pretty well, as well as signs of wear on the passenger seat, driver's and passenger's door cards, and some around the dash on areas like the climate control and radio.
All in all, if the maintenance (i.e. appropriate items done on schedule) and ownership records (i.e. not a rental and not a half dozen owners, and Carfax looks good) check out well, and you can get an extended warranty, then I'd look for a price at closer to $90k, or maybe even $85k given the lousy economy and soft market for high-end cars.

How can Exotic Auto Group CPO the car? Isn't that only from a dealer?
Agree with what other posters have said but getting a complete history, etc. Plus not loving the red inserts on the Daytona seats. Personnally, I would not go more than $75-$80K.
I think the idea of paying $115-$120 for a car with a lot less miles will save you lots of grief down the road.

I would at least try to find out who owned the car and call them. Suspect no records available, it was purchased from an auction. No one will know the history. So that to me are two strikes.
Price seems very high to me. I think if shopped hard enough can find a lower mileage with history for about their asking price.
