It's quite different, but there is a mint F430 spider for sale in Seattle. Red/Black, F1, less than 2,000 miles... I think $290K. MY06.

 

I Naples is one with under 1k miles for 325k$. I say 290-297/8k is a good deal forspider at the moment.

 

Wholesale the car is worth around $265-$275 depending on equipment level. Your private retail should fetch close to $285(+/-), but not much more. Dealers can get over $300 for the obvious reasons, but privately with a 4,000 mile 6-spd, you won't see numbers like that. That is based on the cars I have had the opportunity to buy recently. no such thing as fully loaded Ferrari. it's not Camry nor Accord. one single option can be more expensive than what's mentioned above.
