Over the past 15 months, OAC’s Cars and Café® has grown by leaps and bounds. So much so, we are pleased to announce that Cars and Café® as you know it is about to undergo some major changes! Have no fear; this is not a good thing coming to an end. This is a good thing that is about to get better.
We have taken your venue feedback and worked overtime to make your desires a reality. In turn, we are proud to declare: Route 46 Entertainment District®- as our new OAC Cars and Café® venue!
THE GOOD NEWS Route 46 Entertainment District® is located on- you guessed it- route 46. This is also good news for the commuters because our new location is literally down the street from our old location.
* The second piece of good news centers on the venue itself. Imagine if we could shift all the restaurants at the old location to within four or five baby steps (not in a philosophical sense- we mean literally!) of the old staging area. This is exactly what we have at Route 46. In fact, if we were any closer, we would be inside the Smokehouse.
* The third piece of good news is a direct pull from the second. In one word: Environment. The designers of the Route 46 Entertainment District® had a vision and oops it just so happens that they have a thing for cars. Seriously!
* From the proprietors of The Route 46 Entertainment District:
* Overall Description: Cool, Flirtatious, Combustive
* Theme: Perfecting the Past
* Restaurants:
* Monroe’s at Route 46® : Warm, Upper Casual, Eclectic & Fresh
* The Smokehouse at Route 46®: Not your standard barbecue. Sauce is not required!
* Garage Bar at Route 46™: Not your parents' watering hole
* The Saloon at Route 46®: The Saloon at Route 46® is a refined bar and lounge, where you can gather with old friends for a classic martini and a good story.
* But if fancy words don’t do anything for you, try these on for size:
* Bathrooms- accessible in baby steps
* Cold Bottled Water - accessible in baby steps
* A/C (as in ice cold air)- accessible in baby steps
* Breakfast! available at 7am—served within a few feet of the main staging area

I plan on coming Ricky, this location is really nice guys! We ate lunch there after the last event and the food was fantastic.

The Jacksonville AutomotiveAddicts Meet crew is planing on coming down for this. We want to make it your biggest Cars and Cafe'. We had about 200 cars last meet so it should not be a problem gathering up some guys to come down on the 26th!

That is awesome! I hope that our Tampa event continues to grow so one day we can see numbers like this. I think having close to 70 cars at our 3rd event says we are off to a good start but we have JAX and Orlando as good examples.

That was awesome! Such a great turn out. I can't believe some of the cars that showed up. The Renntech SL65 Black Series was amazing. The Bugatti Veyron was gorgeous! It couldn't have been better. That location was perfect as well. The restaurant was great for lunch and to escape the heat. I'm looking forward to next month's meet.
