Join us on Saturday December 7th, 2013 for the 2nd Annual Holiday Toy Run Presented by Suncoast Motorsports. All proceeds benefit the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program.

The event kicks off with your regularly scheduled Sarasota Cars & Coffee from 8am-10am at Suncoast Motorsports. As always, fresh pastries and hot/iced Starbucks coffee will be served. Open to all makes and models, rain or shine.

At 10:30am we will depart on a fun and spirited road rally through the countryside that will conclude over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at Fort Desoto Park. We have a large pavillion and parking lot reserved for all participants. Suncoast Motorsports is hosting a full cookout for all participants at Fort Desoto Park.

*Please Pre-Register/RSVP to Events@SuncoastParts.com by Wednesday December 4th, 2013 with your vehicle information and number of guests to receive a free gift from Suncoast Motorsports.

*Minimum $25 CASH or toy donation PER vehicle is REQUIRED to receive a rally map and wristbands for lunch. Rally route will NOT be revealed until the day of the event.

*Fort Desoto Park entrance fee is included in your registration.

Hey everyone. The registrations have been coming in. This will be a great event. Due to the length of the rally we are limiting the event to the first 80 cars.

Big Announcement!!! Due to an event at Fort Desoto Park that is quite a bit larger than ours (and hosted by the Sheriff's Office) we had to change our ending location. We we now be running out to EG Simmons Park in Hillsborbough County. The route is just as long, even more fun and we won't have to go through any tolls.

We will be having a registration table set up at Cars & Coffee this Saturday. You can secure your spot in the rally early.

We are already more than halfway full with over three weeks left until the registration deadline. Get your emails in ASAP. Our route is 100 miles of driving bliss with several intense corners and twisties, and breakfast and lunch is hosted by Suncoast.

Every vehicle will receive a rally decal for their hood that have been donated by Redline Design in Tampa, Florida.

 

TOY RUN UPDATE: With just three weeks left we are over halfway full for registration. Space is limited so please send an email to Events@SuncoastParts.com with your vehicle info and number of guests to secure your spot in this years rally. We will be having a few US Marines present during Cars & Coffee.

2nd Annual Toys for Tots Holiday Toy Run Presented by Suncoast Motorsports

 

BUMP!!! We are in Rally Week!

We have reached our limit for pre-registrations but we will, however, be accepting walk-up registrations at Cars & Coffee on the morning of the rally. Only those drivers who have pre-registered (all 60 of them) will receive a rally decal courtesy of Redline Design and a gift bag from Suncoast.

All participants are required to present a minimum donation of $25/car or an unwrapped toy(s) valued at $25 PER CAR. Checks can be made out to Suncoast Motorsports, as we will be presenting the Toys for Tots foundation with one big check, along with the mountain of toys that we will be compiling.
