Yes the older cars do not have a pretension device in them. I asked if there is any way one could retro fit the belts into an 01 turbo, and I don't believe there is.

There must be a solution or different offering for 2001 Turbo seat belts.....I have seen them referenced on a Euro based website. I'm looking for yellow belts.

YseanY, your calculations are basically correct, might be a few dollars more... no more than $425 incl. shipping would be my guess.

Yes, and to be blunt, that is probably why this group buy has generated a lot of interest, but no orders (other than myself). To put it simply, you are getting 5% off of Suncoast's regular price on the belts (not on shipping) by coming in on the group buy. However, after researching, this is the best price that myself and 03Porsche996C4 could find from any retailer.

I could not wait any longer for the group buy to develop. I purchased my belts today from Suncoast. Hopefully they get here soon
