Torque Solution Dog Bones, Trans & Engine Mounts GROUP BUY!!!

Ok guys as requested we are setting up a group buy on some Torque Solution Products.. Dog bones was the main request but we will offer some other items such as Engine & Transmission Mounts.. If you need any other items from Torque Solution just PM me.. I will add the engine mounts and trans shortly..

Torque Solution Rear Dogbone Kit is designed to correct the rear suspension geometry on your lowered Porsche 996/997. If you are experiencing uneven tire wear due to too much camber this kit will help bring your alignment back in spec for better performance and longer lasting tires. The factory camber adjustment range is not enough to bring your car back within spec after lowering the vehicle. if you plan to track your car or get the full life of your tires these are a must have..

Made of 6061-T6 Aluminum w/ FK Rod Ends. 4 links Total Included in Each Package Requires NO modification to chassis, direct bolt on replacement part. Can be used on daily driven street cars & is highly recommended for Street or Track setups..

Torque Solution Porsche Engine Mounts are designed to limit the amount of Engine movement from side to side which throws off the balance of the car under load. The factory mounts allow the engine to move which gives the feeling of a sloppy drivetrain. The mounts will give the car a more direct feel and more precise driver input to the vehicle. You can expect a much better feel under Braking, Acceleration, & lateral G's. While typically most " Race Cars " use a SOLID MOUNT, this solution is less harsh and still maintains better control of the engine movement without the issue of Solid Mount Vibration. The next issue with Solid mounts is the transmission of noise from the chassis to the knock sensor on the engine which can result in a tuning nightmare. These mounts will not affect knock sensor like solid mounts do. We are using a 75 Durometer Bushing with a complete billet mount housing.

299.00 Shipped!!!

Fits all Years 996/997 Turbo & NA..

** Note ** The Urethane color shown in Blue is to show the actual Urethane placement.. Actual Urethane color will be Black..[/SIZE]

Transmission Inserts 129.00 SHIPPED

Toe Links 349.00 Shipped ( ETA late april )

Torque Solution Porsche 996/997 Cayman & Boxter Rear Toe Links will help restore the proper suspension geometry for lowered vehicles.. The factory control arm do not have the adjustment range needed to compensate when lowering your 996/997, Cayman or Boxster.. This results in poor tire wear and an insufficient contact patch.. This kit will provide the additional adjustment needed. These work great for street and track use and do not transmit harsh vibration thru the vehicle..

Made of 6061-T6 Aluminum w/ FK Rod Ends

2 links Total Included in Each Package

Requires NO modification to chassis, direct bolt on replacement part. Can be used on daily driven street cars & is highly recommended for Street or Track setups..

Lifetime Warranty

Can you explain what I need to get rid of excess negative camber from lowering springs? What does the rear toe link kit do that the dogbones don't? TIA

The rear Dog Bones will help you "stand" the tires upright by lengthening the dogbones, which removes negative camber. That's why they are adjustable. Rear toe links adjust your toe in the rear wheels. Pointing them in towards or out away from each other front to rear.

Mike at AWD is a solid dude who builds good chit. You guys should take advantage of this!

Thanks. So if my goal is just to remove excess negative camber then I'd just need the dogbones? Are toe settings limited on lowered cars with stock Rear toe links?

Per AWD -

Torque Solution Porsche 996/997 Cayman & Boxter Rear Toe Links will help restore the proper suspension geometry for lowered vehicles.. The factory control arm do not have the adjustment range needed to compensate when lowering your 996/997, Cayman or Boxster.. This results in poor tire wear and an insufficient contact patch.. This kit will provide the additional adjustment needed. These work great for street and track use and do not transmit harsh vibration thru the vehicle..

My conclusion - Your oem setup has the toe link for alignment adjustments.. the benefit of the heim joints are that they remove the rubber bushings therefore offer more accuracy and removes that rear wiggle under hard brakings.. im talking about in excess of 100mph.. you are essentially eliminating all the cushy rubber and going solid!

there worth the money!

Any word on trans mounts?

I am interested in a package deal on all 3.

Also, I would really like to see a deal on the rear toe arms too.
