Do you have front wheels in the offset for 997 turbo? They have a bit different front offset than 996.

Stock is 56mm,.. and by the time you do GT3 lower control arms,. (Which more the front wheels outward by 10 - 11mm),.. you can't really go to a lower offset. Especially if you plan to use a wider wheel and tire.

So 18" x 9" with about 56mm offset would be nice.

I can use your 18 x 12, 45mm offset rears.

Thank you for your interest. We have multiple front and rear wheel options for the 997 Turbo depending on how you plan to use the car, and the tire widths that you would like to install. The three most popular APEX wheel configurations for this chassis would be as follows:

Option 1:
F: SM-10 18x8.5" ET42 - 235/40-18 (or 245/40-18)
R: SM-10 18x11" ET36 - 315/30-18

Option 2:
F: SM-10 18x8.5" ET42 - 235/40-18 (or 245/40-18)
R: SM-10 18x12" ET45 - 315/30-18

Option 3:
F: SM-10 18x9" ET46 - 255/35-18 (or 245/40-18)
R: SM-10 18x12" ET45 - 315/30-18

The two 18x8.5" ET42 and 18x9" ET46 front wheel options offer massive brake clearance, clearing the 6 piston 380mm Porsche carbon ceramic brakes (PCCB's). We also offer a more conservative front wheel not listed here, the 18x8.5" ET50. Although it too can clear the massive PCCB's without any spacers required, the higher offset causes the spokes to get extremely close to the standard smaller 350mm Turbo brakes since the calipers sit much closer to the center of the wheel (where spoke clearance is most limited). As a result, the 18x8.5" ET50 would require small spacers (5mm is our recommendation) to clear properly.

Customers enjoying their 997 Turbo predominantly on the street typically go for the 18x8.5" ET42 front wheels. They are a bolt-on fitment, sit flush with the front fenders, clear brakes without spacers, and support the 235 and 245 wide front tires most enthusiasts run.

Track junkies and racers enjoying their 997 Turbo on track typically go for our wider 18x9" ET46 front wheels, as they are a bit more serious about performance. The 1/2" wider wheel results in superior sidewall support for wider r-compounds and race slicks, which improves turn-in and mitigates understeer. Negative camber is suggested to ensure the 18x9" ET46 fits under the fenders properly, however, negative camber is vital for any well-performing chassis and should not be thought of as a barrier. The best way to dial in negative camber would be through adjustable camber plates (top hats). Not only do they provide you with a much broader range of camber (and caster) adjustment over the GT3 control arms, they also do NOT sabotage clearance. The wheel and tire move in harmony with the strut. While GT3 control arms are a great upgrade, they kick out the bottom of your wheel and tire as you indicated.

The 18x9" ET56 front wheel specification you mentioned has too high of an offset, and would result in interference/contact with the suspension (especially with wider compounds).
